Are stickers Street art?
I think so. They are the slightly nicer version. In theory its easier to get a wallpapered sketch (or stencilled) work off a wall than paint.
Stickers are harder, tougher glue, more likely to remove paint and plaster than wallpaper paste.

Sorry, Manky.ie does exist. No idea why id didn’t resolve for me when I tried it. Thanks to Gamma Goblin for correcting me on this one.
