    Hard to say… He looks pretty relaxed, so if it’s an interview it’s post-interview. What time did you take the picture? Early morning = debs!

    From memory it was 1pm ish on Saturday. The collar for a bow tie suggests debs, but it could be late enough for someone ducking out from a wedding, or going to one.
