Eternity, Cork

She Said Yes!
If you’ll love her forever, show her how much from the start.

I have no idea who put the poster up on Patrick’s Street Bridge in Cork City. But I know some bride to be will be on the warpath soon.

This is a Loose Bloggers Consortium post on the theme of “Eternity” chosen by Padmum. To find out that the others in the consortium think, check out, in alphabetical order: Akanksha (Anki), Anu, Ashok, Conrad, Delirious, Gaelikaa, Grannymar, Magpie 11, Maria, Padmum and the GOM of LBC, Ramana Sir.

Excellent. I hope the newspapers and the TV pick it up! That guy deserves a long and lonely old age!

  2. Delirious Says:

Ha ha! He better hope she doesn’t see the posters!!

I am very glad that YOU said “Yes” to posting on this very intriguing subject. My expression is far more benign than that of the bloke on the pole!

Personally, I think its the “best man” who ever was doing the stag party that put it up there.

The location only makes sense if
    a) you are heading to the hotels / hostels in Shandon
    b) you’re a local, that quay is one of the better parking spots on an evening in the city.

And it was put up to get someone in trouble. The warpath may not be directed towards the groom, but a groomsman may need medical help.

I hope the Mother-in-law does not see it!
